Our company provides consulting services to Food producing outlets such as Hotels, Restaurants or Industries in the implementation of food safety systems such as HACCP (Hazzard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Codex Alimanterious and ISO22000. Unilab consulting services has been involved in more than 30 studies in which certification was seeked by the majority (the certification is optional). Each study entailes apart from the actual documentation, the initial structuring of the food producing section by means of ergonomic suggestions, the trainning of the personel (on site and seminars) and the yearly maintenance of the system by means of auditing and continuous consultation
